By accessing Zelliand, users acknowledge and agree on the following Terms and Conditions.
Zelliand is a structured database of startup funding rounds. Its mission is to share information as to foster open innovation and to ease the funding process for startups and investors.
Zelliand is not a platform where users can perform and close investments.
Investing in startups involves a significant risk of financial loss, and is to be undertaken only by professional investors and individuals with the appropriate financial background.
Zelliand makes all the efforts to preserve the accuracy of the information available, but cannot assure that all the data is always 100% correct. Therefore, when using any piece of information from the database contents for investment or for relevant financial decisions, users are requested to validate that piece of information with the concerned startup or investor and with third party sources. Zelliand does not accept responsibility related to the accuracy of the database.
The database includes names of individual investors and company executives under the principle of public and legitimate interest, and only when: a) have been informed directly to Zelliand by those individuals or their organizations, or b) have been made publicly available in open news releases and media. These names are kept temporarily and strictly for the purposes of the database mission. Individuals that want to correct, update or supress their names in the database can do so by writing to [email protected]. Users will not copy, reproduce or share with third parties any contents of the database without prior written permission from Zelliand. Any reverse engineering procedures to reconstruct or reproduce the content, structure, categorization, taxonomy or algorithm logic of Zelliand's database are strictly forbidden. User licenses of Professional and Enterprise Access contracts are deemed to be used only by the person contractually agreed and can not be shared.
Zelliand reserves the unilateral right to improve, modify and update the content and structure of the database when required.
